Initial Session

In the first session, a detailed medical history is taken, followed by a reflexology treatment. This allows a personalised treatment plan to be made for the follow up sessions. 

Treatments take place in a reclining Lafuma chair. Therefore, please inform me if you are over 20 stone (127kg), are heavily pregnant, have mobility issues or are very elderly, so we can discuss an alternative arrangement for your treatment.

After a short consultation, you will receive a full reflexology treatment tailored to your individual needs.

Children

Children of all ages can benefit from reflexology but generally need shorter appointments than adults. Please call to discuss what would be appropriate for your child.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers make an excellent present, and are available for individual treatments or a course of treatments.

Vouchers are available in your choice of value and are valid for one year.

Healthcare Insurance

If you have healthcare insurance, you may be able to claim for the cost or part of the cost of your reflexology sessions. Please check your policy for details, and inform me when booking so that I can prepare the relevant paperwork.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel appointments; however I ask that you give as much notice as possible so your appointment time can be offered to other people.
